Nix the "9": Speed Dials and Call Forwarding

If you occasionally forward your desk phone to your cell phone, or if you use speed dials, please make sure to enter the phone numbers without the "9" prefix, i.e., 1-847-xxx-xxxx. Effective July 1, phone numbers that start with 9 will no longer route to any destination (with the exception of 911, of course).

To update your existing speed dials, please follow the "Speed Dials" instructions found under "Tips and Tricks" in the left-side menu.
