We are very happy to introduce a new method of searching for fellow staff members via the phone. This voice-recognition enabled feature will allow you to interact with directory services by speaking, rather than by using the phone keypad, as you search for another person. Think of it as your personal, computerized, switchboard operator. Effective immediately, you can dial 0 and speak the name of a person from the telephone directory. Please speak the person's full name for a better match; if you have multiple hits, then you will be prompted to further refine your search.
