The core mission of Cincinnati Public Schools Talent Department is to recruit, hire and retain a diverse, highly qualified staff to support our collective goal of educating all students to meet or exceed district and state academic standards. We develop, implement and support best employment practices so that our schools and departmental focus is aligned with the District Strategic Plan. We strive to promote an environment where staff care, display continuous improvement, collaboration and commitment to our community, which fosters a culture of excellence and develops students who are prepared for life. *Our goal is to attract, develop and retain a diverse, skilled high performing team of individuals who are leaders engaged in student development. Our Human Resources staff delivers high touch customer service and information to more than 6,000 employees and to the community-at-large.
