Process step: Who are we?
What this module is about.
“Who are we?” is the first step in the Community Life Competence Process. It is the preliminary step before the development of a shared dream. In this module, we create and hold a space of trust where members of the community can express themselves freely, share and connect to each other through their common humanity, their strengths, vulnerabilities and concerns.
The role of the facilitator, at this stage, is to create a comfortable space to accompany the community on this journey.
