Welcome to Dance & Fitness

This is a Sophomore, Junior & Senior Level Course.

This course is designed for students interested in learning the fundamentals of dance. Students will explore various styles of dance including, but not limited to, jazz, modern, ballet, and hip hop.

Students will learn and perform beginner and intermediate skills and techniques of dance.

Using a variety of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts, students will strengthen their health related components of fitness.

No dance experience needed.

There will be no Physical Education Exemptions allowed for this class.
