Now, you can start the process of logging in remotely to CHA.
On your computer, using a supported browser, go to:
https://alliance14.challiance.org (note this is blocked within CHA network; you can only access externally)
For username: your normal network login name
For password: your normal network password
FIRST TIME LOG IN ONLY:
To begin this process, you must first call Helpdesk at 617-665-2468, and press 6 to enter Helpdesk queue.
You should indicate you are setting up your Imprivata for remote access, and "need an OTP token"
Helpdesk staff will generate that token, and provide to you.
(have your cellphone out, and the newly installed Imprivata ID app open)
Log into portal as above
When prompted on your cellphone's Imprivata, enter the token Helpdesk staff provided you
A "Challenge/Response" window pops up
At "Response", type in the full Serial Number shown on the Imprivata ID app, exactly, no spaces (example: IMPR12345678)
Click "Sign in"
At (second now...) "Response", type in the Token Code currently presenting on the Imprivata ID app
Click "Sign in"
You have now enrolled the newly installed Imprivata ID and will not see these enrollment questions again.
SUBSIQUENT LOG INS:
Look at your cellphone; the Imprivata ID app will be prompting you towards bottom of the screen to acknowledge the login: tap on Accept.
This will now cause the CHA remote portal to load on your computer.
After logging in, and it appears the program is then attempting to connect to CHA: accept any program download/install apps (they are safe).
