Interesting Facts About Me:
I have traveled to Africa three times, including a service trip to Tanzania in summer 2012 where I spent three weeks teaching high school math in a rural school located in the village of Pommern. Africa has my heart.
I traveled to China this past summer (2013) as a mentor teacher with a group of UNI students. We taught English for a summer camp at Dong Hua Primary School in the city of Dongguan. I had a fantastic cultural and learning experience.
I'm a thrill seeker. I have been bungee jumping and whitewater rafting, and I love roller coasters. I want to go skydiving some day.
