Migrate Data
The college has purchased the "Cloud Migrator" utility which will be used to migrate user email, calendar and contact data to Gmail from GroupWise. The utility will be utilized starting October 15th, over Fall Break, to migrate data for all users except for those who wish to be exempted from data migration.
For those who like to DIY, here's a few things you can try!
Forward Messages from GroupWise® (easy)
Forwarding is easy, you can forward one message or many, all at once.
Export GroupWise® Calendar data (easy)
Export GroupWise Calendar data
Calendars can be exported from GroupWise as ".ics" format files. These can then be imported into Google Calendar. Just right-click the calendar of interest and select "Export..."
Import ".ics" Calendar data (ymmv)

Import from a Mac mail program
Use the Google Email Uploader for Mac to import your email from Apple Mail, Eudora, Thunderbird, or Entourage (on the Mac).
