Each person needs to research 1 Successful Food Truck that exists either locally, in MN, or somewhere in the country. You need to find out how you will contact them (Twitter, Facebook, Phone, Email, etc) and how you are going to interview them. You need to come up with 10 authentic questions to ask about their business, ie What makes them successful and why, how much volume do they do, what's the pros, cons, biggest issues, etc. You are going to then find a time to interview them. Please record the interview (use your phone, ipad, someone else's phone, etc) or screenshot answers that are done via Social Media, Email, etc. Please upload that video to your Food Truck Management Portfolio. You may want to upload to YouTube First and insert the video on your Slides. IF for any reason you're having trouble with finding a Food Truck, then pick a restaurant owner to interview. You may have to send several emails or phone calls to get someone who will respond.
-Week 4: Due by

You can take pictures of the items or take a video and share with me via a YouTube Link. These CAN NOT be 100% like another recipe you find online. IF you cannot make a dish to to ANY reason, you can still come up with a recipe idea that could be a good 4th item on the food truck. What I need done on your Food Truck Management Portfolio is:
