• At a minimum, create a reflection that includes a response to all of the following four questions or 4 questions determined by the teacher or PLC and be at least a five-sentence paragraph (20 Total Sentences in all)

2. What aspect of creating this artifact was most difficult for me? Use specific examples.

3. How does this artifact connect to the Profile of a Graduate? Be specific in your connection. (Question Stems)

4. How do I plan to take this learning forward? or What would I change if I created this artifact again?

-Family Tree/Geneology Project (Dates, Family Life Cycle Stages, etc of Mom's Side and Dad's Side): Due E-mailed to ryan.radke@byron.k12.mn.us by 1-6-20. This will be done electronically but WILL NOT be shared with anyone but me. You will need to have Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Cousin Kids (2nd Cousins) on both mom and dad sides. I do want to have grandparents info and who their siblings are but you do not need info about their Siblings. Include dates on Marriage, Born, Died, Divorced, Remarried, Adopted, What stage they're in the Family Life Cycle. You can do on paper and video it or use any electronic format.

-Birth Defects Poster/Slide Show for the Hall: 1. Down Syndrome, 2. Tay Sachs, 3. PKU, 4. Cerebral Palsy, 5. Muscular Dystrophy, 6. Fetal Alcohol Syndrome , 7. Cleft Lip/Palate 8. Spina Bifida 9. Cystic Fibrosis. You will help create informational slides for the Hallway. You will create a Title Slide and 2-3 more slides of info on your birth defect. Info on what it is, how it can be treated, warning signs, treatment, curable or non curable, life spans, genetic/environmental, stats, how many kids are born with it, etc. Put your name on the slide that you create.

-16 and Pregnant Video Assignment: Watch the video below. When done with a partner you need to create a list of the pros and cons you've noticed in the episode. This can be from parents side, grandparents side, etc. This should be as comprehensive as possible. Keep the list and we'll discuss your responses.

-Breast Feeding, Formula Feeding, Pumping Breast Milk Twitter Assignment: In groups based on your particular topic of feeding, you will do some Twitter Research and pump out some information. Using #radkecd, #ByronBears, and @RyanRadke316, your group will find 3-4 articles to critique and then share that article with a basic summary of your point. Whether you're a pro or a con on your topic, break down the article and Tweet out your groups summary. I will collect on paper who's in each group to know who helped with the assignment.
