-Journal's/Observation Days: 20 Points per day. 20 for actual attendance and 20 for your journal/observation. Due the MONDAY after each week by 3:00. IF you miss a day you have two weeks to make up that day with the teacher OR any 4-6 year old on your own time. You should not be skipping other classes to make up time for this class. -Teaching Style/Child/Class Critique Paper: Due Printed Off . 3 (12 font, TNR, DS) Pages as an overall critique of what you have noticed from the time you've started until now. Why are the kids they way they are in your opinion, what has improved in the 5 Areas of Development, etc.
-Parent Survey: Due
-OBSERVATIONS: Will go on your Child Development 2 Portfolio ( Google Slides, Powerpoint, etc: 7-10 Sentences per day. Each Day gets a slide. Journals are due the Monday the following week by 3:00. Make sure they are updated each week. JOURNAL 17 IS THE LAST ENTRY!

Day 4: What is the overall teaching style (as it relates to parenting style). How is that affecting the classroom, how do kids respond, what type of kids respond/not respond. Upload your pics of the 4 parenting styles from the class
Day 5: You are looking at the overall intellectual development of the students. What experiences are going on and what are you seeing
Day 6: Continue to look at the intellectual development of the students. What is working, not working, etc
Day 7: You will look at the Child's Physical Development. Large and Fine Motor Skills. What do they do well, What do they struggle with, etc

Day 9: Social Development will be looked at. How do the kids interact with you, each other, the teacher ,etc.
Day 10: Social Development will be looked at. I want you to start looking/guessing at why they may have the skills they have? Did they go to daycare, have a stay at home parent, etc.
Day 11: Social Development will be examined again. Has their development improved from when you started to work with them. Is it improved within the class?
Day 12: You will be looking at Emotional Development. How do they handle their emotions, feelings, reactions, etc.
