Wayside currently has far too little storage, forcing many items to be kept in the corridors and wherever else space can be found. An example is that some school records are kept in a janitor closet due to lack of space. The bond will build a large storage room in one of the light wells between two wings of the building to help alleviate this problem.
The bond will also provide a cover for a walkway to the building to shelter students, staff, and patrons in inclement weather.
