This is our lightboard. It is an ETC Element.

You can program your show, either using the pre-programmed Submasters,

or program your light cues from scratch.

This is the area that handles the sound for the auditorium.

We have two audio mixers we use, depending on what application

we want to use them for. One is up in the booth,

the other is on a cart so it can be mobile.

Our standard "every day" mixer is the Soundcraft GB4 32 channel.

Our mixer for "special applications" is the Yamaha TF5.

This is the "CABINET OF NOISE"

BUT the most used parts of this are the main power switch(1) and the CD Player (2)

1 -- The main power switch turns on the whole sound system.

2 -- The CD Player allows you to play CDs through the main mixer. It's channel is labeled on the mixing board.

The Cabinet of Noise is very well-labeled, so if you know what you’re looking for, you will be able to find it.

If you do not know what you’re looking for, please do not push buttons

and unplug cords in an attempt to figure it out. That doesn't work.

Visit the tech room in the library or the main office to find help, or send an email to rjaques@bownet.org if nobody’s available.
