North Bay Haven Charter School follows the Florida Department of Education requirements for graduation. The State requires students to take and pass certain assessments.
North Bay Haven Charter School also follows the testing requirements of Bay District Schools. End of Course Exams in high school courses will become 30% of the students' final average in those courses with state standardized EOCs. At this time those courses include: Civics (7th grade), Algebra 1, Biology 1, Geometry, and US History. At this time the policy only includes the courses with standardized EOCs, but watch closely for legislative and district adjustments as your student moves through high school.
Our SAT/ACT NBH School Code is 102382
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU TAKE AT LEAST 1 SAT AND 1 ACT IN YOUR JUNIOR YEAR THEN DECIDE WHICH YOU FEEL MOST COMFORTABLE WITH AND TAKE THAT ONE OVER UNTIL YOU RECEIVE SCORES NEEDED!!! You will need SAT and ACT scores for college acceptance and scholarships (including Bright Futures).
