Excluding a Test Result in Reports
(Suppress Test Score)
If you find an incorrect test event, it's possible to remove it from MAP reports. (Technically it remains in the system, but becomes hidden on the reports.)
Required MAP role: Data Administrator
Click Manage Students.
Search for a student.
In the search results, select the student with the incorrect test event.
Click View/Update Test Events.
Select the incorrect test event.
Click Exclude from Reports.
To confirm:
In the Included in Reports? column, a dash appears for excluded test events.
Wait for the overnight process and re-generate reports to see it take effect.
After testing:
(you will get an email from Ben on when this needs to be done)
Print reports to be sent home
2nd-5th grade print by teacher so office staff doesn't need to sort
6th-12th grade print by grade level
save as pdf and email to Steve Underwood if you don't have access to a color printer
Letter to parents will be emailed to Principals and will need to go home with printed reports.
Email Ben or Marijana if you have questions.
