Complete the entire application and do your best work. Do not leave any areas blank. If something does not apply to you put NA for not applicable.
This application is good for many area clubs, businesses and individuals who wish to give scholarships to just Barneveld graduates. EVERYONE who applies and follows the guidelines will receive a scholarship award!
