Here are some forms you might need  for scheduling.  

Independent Study and Academic Study Hall must be submitted with your scheduling paperwork.

Youth Apprentice Requirements:

• Have a job in your Career Pathway and work 450 hours each year.

• Have a class in your schedule related to your job and chosen pathway.

• Complete the three required forms before release from school can begin.
