Discuss factors that influence sleep
Describe assessment methods for alterations in rest and sleep
Identify nursing diagnoses that are most appropriate for the patient experiencing a disorder of rest and/or sleep
Identify goals/outcomes that apply to the patient experiencing a disorder of rest and/or sleep
Select therapeutic interventions and nursing interventions for the patient experiencing a problem with rest, relaxation, and/or sleep disorder that assist toward health promotion, maintenance, and restoration
Discuss evaluation and modification of interventions based on the individual patient’s responses
