Telephone System

Desk Phones

All Antioch locations except our Seattle campus uses IP-based telephones that have a variety of common features including hold, three way calling, speakers, and more. The phones must be plugged into an Ethernet port in order to function. Typical set up has an Ethernet cable going to the phone and then other cable from the phone to your office computer or docking port. Assistance with set up and training for the phones is available by contacting the PC tech at your local campus or the IT Help Desk.

The Seattle campus traditional multi-function phones which plug into a standard phone jack. Phones on the Seattle campus are supported by Scott Titus, the Director of Administrative and Campus Services.
