Technical Support

Students and faculty can request technical help by submitting a help desk ticket at https://helpdesk.antioch.edu or through the Get Technical Help section in AUDirect.  Submitting a ticket notifies the IT staff of your problem.  Once your ticket is received, a member of the IT staff will contact you via email or phone to help resolve your problem.
