I'm a student and I logged into Sakai and don't see my course site. Now what?
Commonly at the beginning of a term instructors are putting the final touches on their course sites, and the site may not be ready for students to access. Instructors have the ability to leave a course 'unpublished', thus invisible to students while they finish up final details. If you do not see your course site, first contact the instructor or your academic department and let them know you can't see the site. If you are informed that the site is already published, then there may be other issues. Contact the IT Help Desk.
I'm receiving Antioch email on my smartphone and tablet, but I'm having trouble sending email. How do I troubleshoot the issue?
Google provides a troubleshooting guide. Keep in mind that you should use IMAP, not POP, when setting up your email account for remote access.
