The ACIT Dance Academy curriculum is designed to foster creative development and somatic practices within the emerging dance artist. Students will learn to identify their strengths through practice of various dance styles and kinesthetic conditioning methodology. Within this four year high school exploratory program, students will learn to identify dance arts concepts utilizing creative and technical approaches to understanding dance as a vehicle for communication; while incorporating knowledge into project based activities and performances.

Congratulations to ACIT PA Academy Dance student Dominic Roberts for receiving the NJ 2022 Governors Award for Artistic Excellence and being selected to as the National Dance Honor Society, NJ 2021 Award Recipient for Artistic Merit and Academic Achievement. Dominic was also received an honorable mention for the National Level Award.
