Power in Partnership 

We believe every student deserves an excellent education and that collaboration and ongoing learning among educators, across districts, makes this possible. Through this work, we cultivate and expand the transformative potential of public schools as agents of equity for our students and in our communities.

To improve student outcomes and create more equitable schools, the 5DP collaborates on the following areas of work:

• Professional learning and development for educators

• Diversifying and strengthening educator pipelines

• Fostering educator relationships and collaboration

• Use of equitable instruction and assessment practices through the implementation of culturally affirming, high quality instructional materials

• Systems Efficiency and Fiscal Prudence
