The Five District Partnership (5DP)* is a collaborative effort to facilitate connections and learning across our member districts. Our work has focused on meaningful professional learning, educator networks, targeted curriculum projects, and sharing best practices to improve outcomes for all students. 

*Founded in 2012, the 5DP concluded formal operations in June 2025.
