Hello Friends! I am Kayla Kneeland, and I am one of the 5th grade teachers at Warm Springs K-8 Academy. I would like to welcome you to our 5th grade website, packed with lots useful information. I am so HAPPY that you are here! This school year won't be like any other before, but we are all here to support your learning!
On this page you will find information about me, and who I am. You will also find resources that are fun to use in the 5th grade, and some other useful information. We will be working together in this online environment, which will require us to learn new skills and practice those skills daily while this Comprehensive Distance Learning takes place, over the next 6 weeks.
One thing that we will be doing ALOT of and will need to start practicing every day is TYPING. Typing will be required across all subject areas, and the more you practice, the easier it gets.

About Me
I graduated from George Fox University in 2019, and am also a Madras High School graduate. I have lived in Central Oregon for most of my life. My family is made up of my 4 children, my husband, and 1 dog. Some of our favorite activities are swimming, gardening, and playing games outside.
