Welcome to my portfolio! Here is a music production I made to keep you entertained.
Somehow, most of my group work was with Shai, and so, we became comfortable with each other and could do our work better. We had interesting group tasks, such as creating an online bookstore and writing about the text after comprehension. I enjoyed writing these works. I used Organisation, Reflection, and Collaboration Skills.
These are my learner's book and workbook PDFs, along with a little notebook work. This unit was very interesting and captured my attention: from the suspense in the story to the vocabulary we learnt, it helped me in my literature and grammatical journey. I used Language and Creative Thinking Skills for this.
We learnt about language choices and the way punctuation is used in extracts to create a certain emotion in the reader's mind, and we learnt to form our own opinions about stories too. We used Critical Thinking Skills.
The unit taught us about persuasion and the conscience. This helped me with my separate creative works apart from school as well, including novel writing. This improved my Research Skills.
This is probably the biggest and most creative work I've done. In this link, all the things we did in Unit 4 are available. I used Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Organisation and Research Skills.
My teacher, Ms Sweta Sethi, has been teaching us for a very long time. I remember she started teaching us in Grade 6 or 7 and has continued teaching us to date. Her teaching style is easy to follow, which is mainly the reason I want to pursue creative writing as a career choice in the future. She is my inspiration, the one who made me realise my love for literature and helped me overcome my fear of writing. Thank you, Sweta Ma'am, for being yourself.
