Motor Pool

Accredited media members will have access to the Motor Pool, as identified on their accreditation. It is intended to support essential Games-related travel only.

Media can book rides through the 2025 Canada Games Motor Pool App. Use code CG2025. Rides must be requested at least one hour in advance. For trips outside standard hours, bookings must be made 24 hours ahead.

Hours of Operation

Daily from August 5–27, 6:00 a.m.–11:59 p.m.

Note: Service will be limited on August 8, 17, and 25 due to airport-related transport operations.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations

At venues: Use designated Load Zones (staffed by Games volunteers).

At hotels: Use standard hotel pick-up/drop-off areas (not staffed).

Team Arrivals and Departures

The St. John’s International Airport is the official airport for the 2025 Canada Games. The first arrival of athletes takes place on August 8 at 6:17 AM (barring any delays). Week One departures occur on August 17, and Week Two departures are slated for August 25.

Parking

The 2025 Canada Games gives users parking access at 2025 Games venues on a first-come, first-served basis with an approved parking pass. If you require a parking pass, please email the Manager, Marketing & Communications at epriest@2025canadagames.ca.
