The general objective of the present study is to determine the prevalence and associated risk factors of MRSS isolated from smartphones of medical students in Klang Valley universities.
To assess the prevalence of MRSS contamination of smartphones among medical students in Klang Valley using microbiology methods during the 13-week CHP study period.
To analyse the association between the presence of MRSS on smartphones and
a. Demographic factors
b. Behavioural factors
c. Environment factors
using statistical analysis.
1. MRSS are present in a measurable proportion of smartphones among medical students in Klang Valley universities.
2. There is a significant association between the specific risk factors (demographic, behavioural and environmental factors) and the presence of MRSS on smartphones among medical students in Klang Valley universities.
