Springfield Public Schools allows counselors many opportunities to collaborate with one another. We attend professional development programs related to our role to provide academic, social/emotional and career/college readiness development that promotes our students' personal growth. We read "Born to Lead" together to further deepen our understanding on how to be effective change agents within our respective schools.

These ongoing connections made Project HELLO an inevitable call-to-action because we are a team of people who deeply cares about serving young people. We hope that you learn something throughout this curriculum and look forward to reuniting very soon!
