Year 3's second quarter started ironically. We were waiting for a BTS comeback memo but instead we got another one from ONF. And I did not know what to do.

Good thing I already thought of an unlimited concept for BE:tact. But given this new memo, you know..

How about we start a new phase?

The idea of a new multi-phase concept was finally conceived after getting the news of ONF's next comeback - a repackage of their February release which was promoted in the now first phase of BE:tact 2021. This new phase was characterized by the exploration of weekly streaming and a special live music program called BE LIVE Music, as well as opening BE LIVE's Twitter account.

Despite this, I still continued working on the event I started back in March - an entirely different one - but my concentration at the time was still on the new BE:tact phase. I also left some open time to explore better opportunities, because Year 3 after all was all about being serious.

However..

I have to come prepared.

If ever anything happens moving forward, I had to have a plan carried out and make sure it happens the way I expected. So I carefully planned every detail of that one event in March - wait, it was not supposed to happen in March! March is over if ever you have been reading this set of notes chronologically, so using this context it did not happen in March.

That one event I started to work on in March, but was intended to be scheduled for a later date.

As written above, I carefully planned each and every single detail of that event, strategized everything and creating a cool system for all workflow so that it will become successful without compromising more important things, hence preventing another forever.21 situation if you know what I mean. I even came up with an unconfirmed lineup! That's how excited I was for that event.

Right at the very middle of working on it, the second BE:tact phase finally happened at the end of April.

But not before the unexpected announcement of the year.

One random day in April, as BE:tact 2 drew near, the BTS YouTube channel had uploaded a cute yellow countdown video of melting butter.... leading to the announcement of their very first Year 3 COMEBACK.

My dream for this year had finally come true! All the hard work and time spent on the new event will finally pay off.

Or so I thought.
