Religious Medals

Troop 153 is proud to offer two BSA Religious medals to those of the Catholic faith.

AD ALTARE DEI: Over summer 2017, five scouts participated in activities to earn the Ad Altari Dei religious emblem. Scouts must have been confirmed into the Roman Catholic church and almost completed 6th grade to start this.   Mrs. Hosking is a trained leader, and has led the religious education program at Troop 153.   Religious medals will be awarded to scouts at a special Scout Mass in February at St. Agnes.  This program will be starting again soon. Congratulations to our T153 Ad Altare Dei recipients, Gabe Gavin, George Blake, Logan Morrison, and Nate Wise.

POPE PIUS XII EMBLEM: This emblem is available scouts who are 15 years and up.  Contact Mrs. Hosking if you are interested in earning this.
