Industry

The Industry data set allows you to track your industry.

There are nine views (tabs): a report on industry production, an overview showing all factories, a per-region factory and resource summary, a regional industry summary, a oil and resource summary, a supply and fuel summary, a list of transport task forces with no destination, a graphical view of industry and a global history.

Report Tab

The Report Tab shows the Industrial Report. You can select a different turn to compare with the current turn. This comparison takes a brief moment to compute and is show to the right of the current turn's information.

Shown are:

    • Date
    • Heavy Industry (Heavy Industry points)
    • Resource Centers (Resources stored at bases)
    • Oil Centers (Oil stored at bases)
    • Supply (Supply at bases)
    • Oil Refinery production (Fuel at bases)
    • Naval factories (Naval build points)
    • Merchant factories (Merchant build points)
    • Armament factories (Armament points)
    • Vehicle factories (Vehicle points)

Overview Tab

The Overview Tab shows specific information about the macro-economics by device/ factory type. In addition you can select a device/factory and show a detailed history and filter the bottom panel.

    • Selecting a device/factory in the top table will show all of the factories producing that device/raw material.
    • Selecting a device/factory and then the Device History button will pop a history of that device.
    • Selecting the HI Stats button will show a summary of the Heavy Industry information.

Regional Factory / Resources Tab

The regional factory and resources view shows factories that are building and transport Task Forces destined for bases, summarized by region.

    • Selecting a region in the top table will show the details for each base in that region.
    • Selecting the Resource History button will show a pop-up window with a turn-by-turn history of the resources in that region.

Regional Industry and Repair Tab

The regional industry view shows the factories at each region and their output. Selecting a cell (note, not by row, but by cell) in the top table will show details about that product in the bottom table.

The information in the top table shows for a region:

    • The region ID
    • The region name
    • The oil factory
    • The resources factory
    • The manpower factory
    • The heavy industry factory
    • The ship repair points factory
    • The naval ship points factory
    • The merchant ship points factory
    • The armaments factory
    • The vehicles factory
    • The engines factory
    • The aircraft factory
    • #Repair - number of repairs.

Oil and Resources Tab

The oil and resource view shows a summary of the oil and resource production and usage per region, and transport of these items to the region.

Selecting a region shows details for that region. Selecting the Resource History button will show a pop-up window with a turn-by-turn history of the resources in that region.

Supply and Fuel Tab

The Supply and Fuel tab provides regional information about production and usage also shows transportation of produce.

Selecting the Resource History button will show a pop-up window with a turn-by turn history of the resources in that region.

Transports with no Destinations Tab

The Transport with no Destinations tab shows those transport TF’s that are not currently going to a port.

WitP Chart Tab

The WitP Chart tab shows a graphical overview of your industry.

Text boxes in bold colors are Global Points, Text in colors relate to those specific Global Points. Some numbers are approximations (for example aircraft and engines built, as sometimes it is not exact). But overall, it provides some help in deciphering the complex nature of WITP economics.

Global Tab

The Global tab shows a global history of points in each field.
