[History]
Iwao was a kid who liked to go to the circus and watch the animal perform. At the age of 7, he was taken to a sideshow circus and learned about deformed people. It fascinated him to no end. The first real sideshow circus he went to was the Dark Woods Circus.
Iwao was friendly with the then-chairman named Kenmochi Hideki. Kenmochi and Iwao were very friendly and got along well. A few years after first meeting up with the Dark Woods Circus Kenmochi talked about closing the circus and moving on to something different. Iwao asked if he could take up the circus but was told he was too young.
Kenmochi did put Iwao in his will as the person to get the Dark Woods Circus if he did die. But Kenmochi was a old but healthy man. Iwao then decided to kill Kenmochi.
After getting rid of Kenmochi Iwao went and kidnapped kids from different regions.

Iwao is a very cruel person who has very little regard to human life. If he feels it is needed he will kill someone to get what he wants.
