Summary During the first year, the youth work on adventures to earn the Webelos rank badge (4th grade). This continues into 5th grade where they work towards the Arrow of Light badge and then transition into a Scouts BSA troop.

What the Webelos are "Doing"...
Our Goals Webelos is for 4th grade youth to learn outdoor skills and while starting a gradual change from being an 'adult-run' den to being a 'youth-run' patrol ready to fit right into an adventurous scouting troop.
