Isravele, the hermit, inscription on exterior wall

In my blog Outsider environments Europe I have a post about Isravele, who lives as a hermit in an old abandoned semaphore located in a natural area, facing the Mediterranean, north of Palermo, Sicily.

A man with deep religious convinctions, Israele, as he calls himself, in a dream got the message to be a prophet to save mankind and in 1997 he left wife and children to setlle in that old building up hill. He has decorated the interior walls of this building with all kinds of religious symbols fitted in geometric patterns.

An inscription on an exterior wall has his message about the End of Times

The text reads:

l'Avvento del regno di dio sara

accompagnato da una grande

distruzione di uomini e di nazioni

ma che il trionfo finale mettera

fine al regno satana

Il regno si manifestera in tutta

la sua creazione. Il diavolo non

sara piu sulla terra e con lui

sparira la tristezza

Perche il celeste si alzera dal

suo trone regale e uscira dalla

sua santa dimora pieno di

d indignazione e di collera a causa

del suoi figli perche egli s alzera

l'Altissimo JHWH leterno

unico dio e verra apertamente

a punire le nazione e a distrugge

re tutti i loro idoli fiat

In english this would be approximately as follows:

The advent of the kingdom of God will be

accompanied by a great

destruction of individuals and nations

but the final triumph will put

an end to the reign of Satan

The kingdom will manifest itself throughout

his creation. The devil will

no longer be on earth and with him

sadness will disappear.

For the firmament will slide from its

royal throne and will get out of

its holy dwelling full of

indignation and anger because

of his children for it will slide

The almighty YHWH the eternal

only god will overtly

punish the nation and destroy

all their proclaimed idols
