Scholarships to Concordia Language Villages

The Swiss Benevolent Society and the Concordia Language Villages (CLV) continue the tradition of offering scholarships to the Concordia Language Villages in northern Minnesota.  Your students could receive a SBS Scholarship (Value $1345) for a one-week session in German, French or Italian for students 8-15.

New!!!!!  The Villages encourage application for a CLV Passport Scholarship.  Recipients of this additional scholarship would then have the funding to choose from and attend any of the two-week sessions offered in Summer 2023 (June-August).

The Swiss Benevolent Society of Chicago (SBS) encourages you to identify deserving students who would profit from a German, French or Italian language immersion experience at the Concordia Language Villages in northern Minnesota.  The SBS has provided scholarships to over 400 students over the past 26 years = $360,000 in scholarships. We are pleased that we can offer one-week scholarships to young people in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin during the summer of 2023.

The application for a one-week session at the Concordia Language Villages is available as a pdf-download on-line at https://sbschicago.org/immersion/

Application Deadline:  2024 Deadlines will be announced soon!
