NOIL Award Winning Collegiates

Each year our chapter offers the NOIL AATG Collegiate Award of Excellence. Each college/university may nominate ONE student to receive this award from our chapter. Instructors should submit the name of the student along with a paragraph detailing why the student should be so honored. These students will be honored at the NOIL AATG Awards Ceremony on April 30, 2023, and will also be recognized in our newsletter. Candidates should be stellar in all possible ways. They have shown leadership, academic excellence and a drive to promote the German language and culture. They demonstrate their interest and skills in classes, at events, at competitions and even in travel. Nominations are due by February 24, 2023, to noilaatgawards@gmail.com or to Kathleen Betterman, 6108 S. Kimbark Ave., Chicago, IL 60637-2825.
