Mechforce section added

Brought the Mechforce pages online, though they're still very skeletal.
Years ago I'd written rules for Battletech based on the old Amiga game by Ralph H. Reed. This version uses a simultaneous movement system and may play similarly to Solaris VII, although I've added my own tweaks to the game to help speed up play.
