«Heroldes», "Heralds" are formations in the clouds, that predict earthquakes.

Among the formations in clouds meteorologists separate technogenic forms that are connected with "the not meteorological" reasons of formation.

Throughout 8 years of supervision of the earthquakes in a zone of the Mediterranean, and also their harbingers and comparing them to the current daily data on earthquakes to me it was possible to define presence of communication of characteristic formations in the clouds that I named “Heralds”/”Heroldes”, and earthquakes registered by geophysicists through 5 – 10 hours after observable the "Heraldes".

The direction of the vector to the epicenter of the future earthquake is the perpendicular to the wave axis in the clouds.

The vector is directed on the North from Haifa. Earthquake has occurred at 19h – 21h 18.12. М3,1-3,25 in E. Turkey.

The vector is directed on the W-NW-N from Haifa.

Earthquake has occurred at 22h-24h 13.12. М3,0 in W. Turkey, E. Turkey; S.Greece – М3,0 – 14.12 2:11; Dodecaness М4 – 14.12 7:27.

Experiences, in the Technion museum (in Haifa) very well display occurrence of standing waves in the models showing how the “Heralds” are being created.

In a 10 cm or more diameter’s pipe and length more than a meter, with in is a layer of foamy-plastic balls each in diameter of 3,5 – 4 mm, and thickness of 1 – 2 cm.

On the one side the pipe is connected to a sound fluctuations generator, and on the other side – closed by a stopper.

When we turn on the sound generator we observe the occurrence of a standing wave of easy balls. The direction of peaks of a standing wave is the perpendicular to the direction of the sound wave. The distance between the adjacent peaks of a wave that more than more low frequency of a sound wave.

Besides we see change of position of the middle of a zone of formation of a standing wave: at low frequency (nearby 100 - 200 Hz), are formed a zone in the middle of a pipe (on length), at higher frequency – zones disperse to edges and decrease on amplitude of height of peaks of each wave.

Comparing the waves which we see on a breadboard model and the waves which are formed in clouds,

it is possible to assume about the similar nature of processes of formation of these waves with the account of lower frequency of the field forming the waves.

Thus, it is possible to assume presence of the infrasonic fluctuations causing heralds in clouds. Longevity heralds – no more than 5 – 10 minutes.

The distance between peaks of the next waves varies from 100 m to 10 m. (On it it is indirectly possible to think of operating frequencies 0,1 - 0,01 Hz.)

Considering all signs of conformity of model, a source of occurrence of Heralds is the KaY-wave [1], (the superficial seismically - gravitational wave which moves from periphery by radiuses in a direction to a place of localization of epicenter of the future earthquake with a speed about 100 km/hour).

The second point necessary for creation of a standing wave, is a epicenter of the future earthquake where there were the gravitational-resonant phenomena this were precede of occurrence of a KaY-wave (on periphery) and to its subsequent advancement to a place of epicenter of the future earthquake under the influence of gravitation of the Earth and a tidal wave in the Earth crust.

Speed of movement of a KaY-wave causes time which is passing between time of occurrence of Heralds and of the time of the beginning of pushes of corresponding earthquake. The direction to the place of epicenter of the future earthquake coincides with a direction of the perpendicular to an axis of a standing wave (as well as in the model) taking into account the placement of Heralds in relation to parts of the world.

Considering described, it is possible to note the following:

  1. "Heralds" are harbingers of earthquakes.

  2. In a direction of the perpendicular to a wave in clouds and to an arrangement of Heralds in relation to cardinal points, it is possible to define a direction on epicenter of the future earthquake which will occur through 5 – 10 hours (time depends on range of localization of epicenter.)

  3. The magnitude of the future earthquake cannot be precisely defined this method so-as formation of Heralds is observed already from magnitude 3.5 – 4. The quantity of appearing Heralds, is aloud connected with seismic activity in the given region and quantity of the future pushes.

  4. Heralds are the additional sign characterizing a KaY-wave and supplementing its communication with known signs (an infrasound; reaction of animals etc.).

One of plausible reasons of communication of Heralds with small earthquakes, but proceeding long time, their this occurrence in the course of a KaY-wave birth on small (within 2000 km) distance from epicenter of the future earthquake and as a result not typing energy in the movement to epicenter.

It proves to be true also in magnitudes of earthquakes to which there correspond Heralds in a visibility zone in Haifa.

For Cyprus it is earthquakes in magnitude 2.9 - 3.2 (the distance 300 - 500 km).

For Turkey and S. Greece it earthquakes in magnitude М3 – М3.5, (the distance 1000 – 1300 km.).

For Iran it is magnitude 4 - 5. (The distance not less than 1500 – 1700 km.)

The author demonstrates the supervision and the measurements which was possible to execute in the conditions of the private laboratory. After the additional researches the possibility of the application of Heralds can be increased. So, for example, on one of photos from the Cosmos of the place of the future earthquake, the same Heralds were well visible with the same laws of the orientation.
