2015-08-03: Ride London 2015

Four of our 40 Plus Riders at the start of Ride London. Tony Green entered a team of 7 riders from St Albans and East Northants of Ian McSporran, Tony Green, Tony O'Byrne, John Beckett, Anne O'Byrne, Tracey Williams and Diane Watson. All finished the 100 mile journey and times ranged from an extraordinary 5 hours 18 (!!!!!) to over 9 hours and judging by the emails today it was a great day out. John Becket could not stop eating or drinking when he got home but was OK for badminton the following morning!
