High Quality Thermal Furnace

Heat furnaces are now used a lot both in life-time activities and industry. The goal of this study is to control the furnace with an accuracy of 1- 1.50 C, low overshoot within the permitted range <20%, fast heat up time and fast setting time, safe for users, easy to maintain. To realize the given objective, an advanced controller is designed based on a fuzzy feedback control term and a neural-network feed-forward selection. The tested results show that the control performance has been significantly improved as comparing to that of previous controllers.
