OER 101 is a three-part synchronous online workshop series for UHCC faculty. Participants will be able to define OER and Open Education and understand the benefits of open educational practices in teaching. Additionally, basic competency in copyright in teaching, Fair Use, and Creative Commons licenses will be attained. Successful completers of this course, or the asynchronous OER 101 course, will be eligible to submit a proposal for an OER modification or creation award.
