An introductory botany textbook that highlights the native and introduced plants of Hawaiʻi by using them as examples within the text.  Authored by Leeward Community College instructors Daniela Dutra Elliot and Paula Mejia Velasquez.  

This project was partially supported by the University of Hawaiʻi Community College OER initiative and the Leeward OER Campus Committee.

A foundational concepts textbook for a first-year college composition course authored by Leeward Community College instructors Ann Inoshita, Jeanne Tsutsui Keuma, and Tasha Williams

English Composition: Connect, Collaborate, Communicate was developed in UH Pressbooks using a book sprint model with support from the University of Hawaiʻi System and the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Outreach College.

Blanca Polo Microbytes

Information and Computer Science Faculty Blanca Polo, William Albritton, and Pete Gross created 78 short videos on a variety of computer science topics. 

Susan Wood created the first Open OER Online Course at Leeward CC and in the UH System. Educational Technology support provided by Rachael Inake.

This template may be copied and adapted by anyone teaching ENG 100. It consists of content modules for a complete online ENG 100 course using OER. No textbook is required. A companion Laulima course has been designed to be used with this material. An Instructor's Guide is available to help instructors put the course together.
