1. Time can be address by improve time management skill and collaborating with other teachers around the world.

2. Resources can be addresses by not only using a textbook and using other online sources. Diigo is a great resource for teachers. it helps to share sources with other teachers and find good sources to help teach your lessons. The students can clearly see what we want them to know in the article. we can also leave notes to further explain what the article is saying.

3. Going through all the standards can be be improved by not wasting too much time on each standard and only discussing the imporant things to know about each topic.
