1. Decide what will be monitored

• Teachers who share exact course

• Teachers who share a curriculum resource

• Teachers who share a department

3.  Complete Protocol

   • • Green:  before lesson/unit

     • Yellow/Orange:  during lesson/unit

     • Red:  after lesson/unit
