If you have multiple Google accounts in your Chrome browser, say your YCOE Google account as well as a personal Google account, you need to be sure that you are logged in with the correct account before using your YCOE Google account.
Additionally, if you have a student who is not using their own device, or the computer or laptop is "shared" with their parents or family members, they may experience issues logging into or staying logged into Google Meet or Classroom. This issue can be caused for multiple reasons.
To solve this issue, please watch this video. It will instruct you on how to create a Google Profile and a shortcut for the Google Account. You can use this shortcut when you need to send out invites to Meet or use Classroom.
This video shows you a simple One Click solution to sharing your desktop/mouse/keyboard with your student for whichever situation your curriculum calls for.
Skip ahead to 7:05 on the video, if you want to see just how to use the One Click method. Otherwise, please watch the entire video to arm yourself with both ways of sharing out your desktop/screen to your students!
