Google Meet integration with Google Classroom starts with navigating to Google Calendar
Click on the "Create" button near the top left corner
A window will pop up for quick calendar event creation. Unfortunately, this window does not have the an option we'll need later.
Click on "More options" near the bottom right of the pop-up window
This will open up a new full-screen window
Click on the "Add conferencing" drop down menu
Add a title to this event page
Schedule the time for when your classes normally meet
Click the "Does not repeat" drop down menu under the date
Click "Every weekday (Monday to Friday)"
Click the "Save" button in the top right corner
Click on "Join With Google Meet" in the drop down menu
A new meeting will be created in Google Meet
This shows the information for people to join the meeting
Copy the Meeting ID URL
Navigate to https://classroom.google.com
Click on the "Share Something With Your Class" box
Click the "Add" button near the bottom left
Click "Link" in the drop down menu
Paste the copied meeting URL in the pop-up window
Click "Add Link" near the bottom right of the window
Type in a message to the students describing the meeting
Click the "Post" button near the bottom right corner
This will post the message and meeting URL to the class Stream. Any student added to the class now has access to the meeting. The "Repeat every weekday..." option selected earlier will allow this meeting URL to be used every day.
