Chassis:
Welded metal frame with steel cross-bracing

Wheels:
17" CT90 spoked wheels, 2.50x17 trials tyres

Suspension:
Independent front wishbones with torsion springs from ratchet extensions, solid rear axle

Engine:
200cc clone, horizontal shaft

Drive System:
CVT with 10T driver, 60T axle sprocket, #40 chain

Brakes:
Hydraulic rear disc from foot brake.

Steering:
Rack and pinion steering box, Ackermann geometry

Other Features:
Hand-fabricated fibreglass and aluminium sheet body panels.

“The bonnet started life as a wheelbarrow tray. I used an old treadmill frame for the chassis. The tail was shaped over plywood ribs with thin ply skins. The aim was to capture the spirit of the 1900s while keeping it simple.”
