Q. If a student transfers schools within our district, will their information transfer with them in EduClimber?
A. Yes, all of the student information will transfer to their new school
Q. Can we view Smart Pass or Clinic Visit data in Educlimber?
A. We are currently unable to do this, but we are hopeful that it will become possible sometime in the future.
Q. How can I document a consultation with a teacher in Educlimber?
A. One of the easiest ways to do this is to document your notes in the "comment" section of the student profile.
Q. Why aren't any interventions showing up under Behavior?
A. Behavior interventions now fall under resilience.
Q. I entered intervention data, but it says "No Data" on the student's profile

Q. How can I adjust the number of email updates I am receiving for my interventions?
A. Open the intervention> Click on the name of the Intervention > Schedules > Scroll down and click on the column under Frequency > Update the Every # Weeks as a highest number (If you update it as 52, the report will be generated once in 52 weeks)
