In addition to contacting the DASA Coordinators to initiate investigations, incidents can be reported using the Yorktown Central School District DASA Reporting Form and emailed to the DASA Coordinators.
Please note: This form is the starting point for any and all DASA Investigations.
Yorktown High School does not tolerate bullying, harassment, or discrimination against any student or adult working in the building.
The Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) applies within a school, on school grounds, on a school bus, or during any school-sponsored event or activity, regardless of the time of day.
Yorktown High School and New York State law prohibit the bullying, harassment, and/or discrimination of, or against, anyone based upon the victim’s race, color, weight, nationality or national origin, ethnicity, religious practice or beliefs, disability, sexual orientation/preference, gender/gender identity or sex.
This includes saying or doing anything in person, online, or any other way that would be considered bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
